Toontown Offline is a fan-made sandbox version of the now closed MMORPG, Disney's Toontown Online. The in-game commands can be used by players to modify the game to their heart's content. Players are able to host or join mini-servers of up to 16 players, or even play alone. Toontown Offline also has new content that expands upon the Toontown Online storyline.
