A group of shifty gangsters, cops and other groups gather together to compete in a Mahjong tournament. Before starting the game, the player configures the game settings and bets, then choose the characters. There are a total of 16 different opponents to choose from. The order of players' turns is determined by a dice-roll. Then the traditional rules of Mahjong apply with the goal being to beat the other three opponents.
